Performance Materials in Switzerland
In Switzerland, the two sites of Merck & Cie in Altdorf and Schaffhausen host development and production activities for the division Performance Materials. There, we offer a wide range of highly innovative materials, advanced technologies, and chemicals to clients in different market segments. Within our portfolio are various active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and process materials.

Marketing and sales activities for the Performance Materials division for the Swiss market are conducted in Zug at Merck (Schweiz) AG.
