How would you describe the culture at Merck?

At Merck Serono in Geneva we offer positions for candidates with scientific backgrounds in natural and pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, engineering, chem- and bioinformatics or holders of a medical degree. For some positions we look for a combined scientific and business degree. We also recruit candidates with finance, business, HR, legal, procurement, communication and IT backgrounds according to our needs.
Merck Serono production sites in Aubonne and Vevey mainly recruit candidates with an engineering, natural science, chemistry, biology and quality management background.
At our Coinsins site we are principally interested in candidates with a background in supply chain management.
At Merck (Schweiz) AG in Zug we mainly look for candidates with a natural science background and experience in sales or marketing.
At Merck & Cie in Schaffhausen and in Altdorf we mainly recruit candidates with a natural science, engineering or quality management background. But we also recruit candidates with finance, business, HR, legal, procurement, marketing and IT backgrounds according to our needs.
For Merck Millipore, we are mainly looking for account managers with a scientific background especially in biology or biotechnology.
